We are occupational therapists, passionate about empowering individuals to participate in life.
We provide culturally diverse and individualised, mental health occupational therapy services that promote well-being, independence and a sense of purpose and belonging.
Mental health challenges can affect every part of daily life, from motivation and routine to relationships and work. Mental health occupational therapy focuses on how these challenges show up in real life and supports you to manage them in practical, achievable ways.
A practical, person-centred approach to mental health care
I provide mental health occupational therapy that is individualised, culturally responsive, and grounded in real-world outcomes. My work focuses on understanding how mental health concerns impact your daily functioning and supporting you to build skills, routines, and confidence over time.
Support may include assessment, intervention, coaching, or professional supervision, depending on your needs. I work with adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, grief, and difficulties managing everyday tasks or life transitions.
