We want everyone to be able to access mental healthcare.

Auckland Occupational Therapy Ltd was founded to provide thoughtful, culturally responsive mental health support that is grounded in practical change. Our work is centred on helping individuals participate in everyday life with greater confidence, stability and independence.

Transforming mental health care

Our vision is to be the leading provider of adult mental health occupational therapy services in Auckland, an easily accessible service that empowers individuals to achieve wellness and participation in their everyday activities.

We believe that mental health support should be practical, respectful and collaborative. Our approach is:

  • Person-centred

  • Strengths-based

  • Trauma-informed

  • Culturally responsive

  • Focused on real-life application

We recognise that mental health challenges affect more than thoughts or emotions. They impact daily routines, roles, relationships and identity. Occupational therapy looks at the full picture and supports sustainable change.
